Become new recruits in Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum 2009. Enroll in a unique training program composed of challenging fitness tests and an ever-changing series of workouts. Choose your workout from four types--Weight Loss, Strength Training, Intervals and Hill Climb--and set the intensity to light, medium or hard for a duration between 10 and 60 minutes. By completing exciting Wii Remote and Wii Balance Board motion-based challenges that range from crossing monkey bars to climbing ladders and rowing, you can also unlock lifestyle and fitness video tips from Jillian. I would be extremely frustrated at not being able to do the excercise and then you get stuck on that same boring stupid path. I also thourght it would be excellent, but it was by far the worst Wii ftness game I have ever used. I went back to the store I purchases this miserable excuse for a game the next day and exchanged it for something else. Moving your arms from side to side and shifting your weight is not a work out and I didn't even break a sweat and I am very unfit and overweight. We tested the sensor and tried other games to make sure it wasn't the wii itself.I would kick the bag when I was told, and my character would do it a few seconds later or not at all. Throwing the grenades was a joke, as it was very unresponsive and most of the time would blow up in my hand. Doing the squats was the most exciting part, which I could do without the game for free. The only real workout I got was putting the game back into the cover and taking it back to the store (I won't be the only one)
This game sucks. The graphics suck and the remotes are slow to respond and don't get me started on the balance board (which I LOVE with other games).Get something else, don't waste your money. I tried the game on several activities, I moved my location and the sensor location, it just does not work well.
The concept is good. Wii remotes don't work for certain work outs very well. And the directions for the game aren't very good.
Pretty boring and bad game. Stick with Wii Fit, EA Sports Active, and My fitness coach.
There is NO redeeming value to to this game. We love Jillian Michaels work out DVDs and were so excited to see the wii fit game. We returned it and are back to just the wii fit while we shop around. We were so disapointed. The graphics suck, the workout is terrible and boring. She would have been much better off making her game like her DVD. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
